Message	...and let me be clear: I am not criticizing the car, I am criticizing those folks who run off at the mouth with wild claims about cars running 8's and whatever, just because a car has big turbos. And it all comes back to the fact that you never *know* until you see the slip. That car in it's current form will not run 8's, and I'd lay some cash moneys that Ernest's car would wipe it out at the strip. I have no doubt! Anyone who's done any serious amount of drag racing knows that to get from 11.96 to 10.30's is a huge leap. Yes, that car probably has the power, but drag racing is about much more than power. MUCH more. Chassis, tranny, power delivery, traction. Big turbos are only a part of the equation.
